Start by configuring your catsuit using our online configurator — choose your base colour, add optional features like gloves, feet, or a mask, and enter your measurements. Once satisfied, submit a production request. Our team will review your configuration, confirm feasibility, and send you a payment link. Production begins after payment is received.

Standard production is 14 weeks from confirmed payment. If you choose chlorination (light or strong), add approximately 2 weeks for the treatment process. We also offer an express production option of 6 weeks for a 25% surcharge. You can select your preferred timeline in the configurator.

You can request changes before payment is confirmed. Once production has started, modifications are generally not possible. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to adjust anything.

We currently process payments via secure payment links sent to your email after your configuration is reviewed and approved. Accepted methods include major credit and debit cards.

We require a detailed set of body measurements to ensure a perfect fit. During the configuration process, you will be guided through each measurement. We recommend using a flexible measuring tape and having someone assist you. Measure snugly against the skin without compressing.

Since every catsuit is made to your exact measurements, there are no standard sizes. Your suit is cut and assembled specifically for your body. This is the advantage of bespoke — a perfect fit every time.

Yes, as long as you can provide accurate measurements. We recommend the person being measured follows our measurement guide carefully. Incorrect measurements may affect the fit, and alterations can be limited with latex.

We use premium-grade natural latex sheeting sourced from reputable European suppliers. Our standard thickness is 0.4mm, offering an excellent balance between durability and flexibility. Other thicknesses may be available on request.

We currently offer a range of classic colours including black, red, white, and more. The full selection is visible in the configurator. Custom colours may be available upon request — contact us for details.

We offer both male and female catsuit patterns, each designed to complement the respective body shape. Both versions can be fully customised with optional features like integrated gloves, feet, and masks.

Optional add-ons include integrated gloves (hands), integrated socks (feet), and an integrated mask with variations such as open eyes, open mouth, or fully closed. Each option is priced separately and can be toggled in the configurator.

Yes — latex and rubber are both common names for the same material: natural latex sheeting. A rubber catsuit, a rubber suit, and a latex suit are all the same product. Our suits are made from premium natural latex sheeting, handcrafted in Europe.

After each wear, hand wash your catsuit in lukewarm water with a mild soap or dedicated latex cleaner. Rinse thoroughly, pat dry with a lint-free cloth, and hang to air dry away from direct sunlight. Once dry, apply a thin layer of silicone-based latex polish to maintain the shine and prevent sticking.

Store your catsuit in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and metal. Ideally, hang it on a wide, padded hanger inside a garment bag. Avoid folding for extended periods, as creases can become permanent. Lightly dust with talcum powder if storing without polish.

Small tears can often be repaired with latex adhesive and a patch of matching latex. For significant damage, we recommend contacting us — we may be able to offer a professional repair service. Prevention is key: avoid sharp objects, jewellery, and rough surfaces when wearing.

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided before payment. All orders are shipped discreetly in plain, unmarked packaging.

Because each catsuit is custom-made to your measurements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.
