Every Latex Suit Studio catsuit is made to order — nothing is pre-cut or stocked. Your suit is patterned, cut, assembled, finished, and quality-checked by hand. This takes time, and we believe in being transparent about timelines.
Standard Production — 14 Weeks
Our standard production window is 14 weeks from the moment your order is confirmed and measurements are approved. This timeline allows for careful pattern-making, unhurried assembly, thorough quality inspection, and any minor adjustments before shipping.
What happens during those 14 weeks

Express Production — 6 Weeks
If you need your suit sooner, our express option compresses the timeline to 6 weeks. This is achieved by prioritising your order in the production queue and dedicating focused workshop time to your piece.
💡 Important
Express production carries a 25% surcharge on the total suit price. It does *not* compromise quality — the same craftspeople, materials, and quality checks apply. The difference is scheduling priority, not standards.
Chlorination Adds 2 Weeks
If you select light or strong chlorination, an additional 2 weeks is added to the production timeline. The chlorination process is performed after assembly and requires controlled soaking, rinsing, and drying time.
- • Standard + Chlorination — ≈ 16 weeks
- • Express + Chlorination — ≈ 8 weeks
After Production
Once your suit passes final inspection, it is packaged and shipped worldwide via tracked, insured courier. Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on destination. You will receive tracking information by email as soon as the package is dispatched.
