1. Overview

These terms govern your use of the Latex Suit Studio website and any orders placed through it. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Made-to-Order Products

All catsuits are made to your individual measurements and configuration. Because each piece is custom-manufactured, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or does not match the agreed specification.

3. Ordering Process

1. Configure your suit using our online configurator.
2. Submit your configuration for review.
3. We review your configuration and measurements, and send you a payment link.
4. Production begins once payment is confirmed.

We reserve the right to contact you for measurement clarifications before production begins.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices shown in the configurator are indicative and may be adjusted during the review process. The final price is confirmed in the payment link sent to you. All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

5. Production Times

• Standard production: approximately 14 weeks from payment confirmation.
• Express production: approximately 6 weeks (+25% surcharge).
• Chlorination: adds approximately 2 weeks to either timeline.

These are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.

6. Shipping

We ship worldwide via tracked, insured courier. Shipping costs are included in the quoted price. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination. Import duties and taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.

7. Defects & Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work. If your suit arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will repair or remake the suit at no additional cost.

Normal wear, improper care, or damage caused by incorrect sizing (if measurements were provided by the customer) are not covered.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, images, designs, and code — is the property of Latex Suit Studio and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of our registered business location.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when published on this page. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
